United Nations Fact-Finding Mission on Iran (FFMI) Collaboration:

The IJC partnered with the UN to document human rights violations during the Woman, Life, Freedom uprising in 2022. This involved gathering and verifying victim testimonies, contributing to accurate reporting and exposure of crimes against humanity by Iran's government.

Achievement: 

• Arranged for survivors to travel to the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva to provide first-hand testimony and serve as living evidence of the crimes of the Islamic Republic regime. The IJC is also planning a meeting for the members of the FFMI to connect with survivors. 

• The IJC participated in lobbying and negotiation with country delegations and UN officials to extend the mandate of the FFMI for another year.
