Sentenced to death on 9 January (see Iran International article on 9 Jan). Arrested along with 9 others in relation to death of 3 repressive forces in Isfahan on 16 November. According to Isfahan Judiciary, 4 defendants are being tried by Criminal Court and the remaining 6 by the Revolutionary Court. Initial Court verdict in the Revolutionary Court case was published on 9 January, sentencing Amir Nasr Azadani and Soheli Jahangiri to prison terms and the charges against Jame MirHashemi were dropped. Saeed Yaghoubi, Saleh Mirhashemi, Majid Kazemi, Hossein Kazemi, Faramarz Salehi and Mehdi Mashayekhi are the 6 tried by Revolutionary Courts from among the 10 arrested at once.
