Worker and protester arrested in Kamyaran, Kurdistan province, and forced to confess to the killing of IRGC Reza Azarbar. More than 50 people testified that he was in his village on the day of the alleged murder and not Kamyaran. Pouria’s parents are seen in a video pleading for us to be his voice. In a final conversation with him, Pouria told his parents his ribs were broken during interrogation and the call cut out. They haven’t heard from him since (as per Kaveh Unity source). Pouria has been tortured for weeks. He is sentenced to death on charges of “Waging war against God” & “murder of an IRGC trooper.” His father says 50+ people have signed an affidavit testifying that he was not in Kamyaran but in the village on that day.
